Otter Creek Labs OTB Flash Hider

The Otter Creek Labs OTB Flash Hider (OCL-802) is a precision-engineered, over-the-barrel mount designed to integrate seamlessly with OPS/OCM5/AEM5 style suppressors. Built as a single-piece flash hider and mount, the OTB provides exceptional durability and alignment while simplifying installation by eliminating the need for a separate collar.

Machined from H900 heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel and finished in black nitride, this flash hider is purpose-built for barrels threaded 1/2-28 with an outside diameter of 0.75 inches or less. It provides the correct mounting geometry for suppressors that use the OPS 12th, OCM5, or AEM5 pattern systems.

The one-piece design improves thread concentricity and ensures consistent point-of-impact shift when firing suppressed or unsuppressed. A shim kit is included for proper timing and indexing during installation.
